Quentin Aubert is a passionate head barman with a proven track record in world-renowned destinations. He began his career in London, where he perfected his art of mixology in the city’s most exclusive bars.
He then moved on to Dubai, where he was able to push back the boundaries of creativity by concocting innovative cocktails in luxury establishments.
He then moved to Courchevel, the famous ski resort, where he was given the opportunity to bring a refined touch to the après-ski experience by creating unique, comforting drinks.
His career was then marked by a spell in Eze, at the La Chèvre d’Or hotel. This renowned establishment gave him the opportunity to create unique experiences in a magnificent setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Today, Quentin Aubert has set down his shakers at the Carlton Beach Club, as head bartender. He strives to create cocktails in harmony with the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of this prestigious establishment. His aim is to ensure that every visitor to the Carlton bar leaves with memorable taste experiences.
