A rising star in the world of gastronomy, Lori Moreau began her career at the École de Cuisine et Hôtelière Ferrandi in Paris, then worked with Michelin-starred chef Alain Pegouret at the restaurant “Le Laurent” in Paris. Lori takes to heart the freshness and traceability of the products, the precision of the gesture and teamwork. The products are of the highest quality, always in season and enhanced by her mastery of cooking, for a result that is all finesse and interplay of textures.
A true artist of taste, Lori Moreau is at the helm of the Restaurant panoramique by Le Roof, infusing it with poetry and refinement. Inspired by the skills of local producers and their quality produce, she makes the seasons and the terroirs her own with great mastery, in particular the juices, which she doesn’t hesitate to serve herself in the dining room to complete the experience. Also in the kitchen at lunchtime with a bistronomic menu, and on Sundays for the not-to-be-missed brunch, the Chef has not finished making a name for herself at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes.
